Providing advice based broking in Equities, Derivatives & Commodities to retail clients. 


A terminal operator must possess good understanding of stock market trends with knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis of equity trading. He/she must have proficiency and accuracy in placing orders in NSE, BSE and F&O segments. He/she should be able to think and act quickly.

He/she should have good communication skills, customer servicing skills and be good at persuading others to change their minds or behavior. He/she must be highly determined to deliver targets on time.


Typically a terminal operator's responsibilities include interacting with Retail and HNI clients. He/she has to punch orders and execute online trades on behalf of the clients,monitoring day to day operations, clients' margin and risk. He/she would have to communicate intra-day trading calls and invested ideas to the clients and also confirm trade to client after market closing bell. 

He/she would have to maintain relationship and encourage clients to trade regularly, keeping track of client's investment.

Educational Qualifications

Typically broking firms require graduates or post-graduates with certification in NCFM in CM and FO Segment being a requisite.
